Last Updated September 15, 2026
Thank you for supporting Shambala of Love and Light. Each offering at Shambala is selected, created, prepared, or offered with care and intention, and we are deeply grateful to have you as part of our community.
Please review these Terms of Purchase carefully before making a purchase or booking an offering. By purchasing a product, registering for a ceremony or workshop, booking a service, or otherwise submitting payment to Shambala of Love and Light, you acknowledge that you have had reasonable access to review these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms apply to purchases made through Shambala of Love and Light, including purchases made through our website, [www.shambalaofloveandlight.com](http://www.shambalaofloveandlight.com), as well as purchases made in person.
## 1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) are between you (“Purchaser,” “you,” or “your”) and Shambala of Love and Light (“Shambala,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By clicking “Add to Cart,” “Buy Now,” “Book,” “Register,” or a similar purchase button; submitting electronic payment; making an in-person payment; or otherwise purchasing an offering from Shambala, you agree to these Terms and any policies or conditions referenced on the applicable product, service, ceremony, or workshop page.
These Terms, together with your order or booking confirmation, constitute the agreement between you and Shambala concerning your purchase.
## 2. SHAMBALA OFFERINGS
Shambala of Love and Light offers products and experiences that may include, but are not limited to:
Crystals and mineral specimens; handmade ritual and sacred items; botanical ritual bath teas; essential-oil and ritual oil blends; handmade incense; candles; malas and adornments; ceremonial and spiritual tools; apothecary goods; artwork and other curated items; Reiki and energy work; astrology and Human Design offerings; moon ceremonies; Turning of the Wheel and seasonal ceremonies; online journeys; workshops; sound journeys; energetic clearings; and other spiritual, ceremonial, educational, and wellness offerings.
Offerings may change at any time.
Specific descriptions, ingredients, materials, dimensions, prices, dates, delivery methods, and other information provided on an individual product or offering page form part of your purchase information.
## 3. HANDMADE, NATURAL & ONE-OF-A-KIND PRODUCTS
Many Shambala offerings are handmade, handcrafted, botanically based, naturally occurring, or individually selected.
Because of their nature, variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Crystals and minerals may naturally contain variations in color, shape, size, texture, inclusions, markings, fractures, pits, or other characteristics.
Handmade products may vary slightly from photographs, samples, or previous batches. Botanical ingredients may naturally vary in color, fragrance, texture, size, and appearance from harvest to harvest.
We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe our offerings accurately; however, colors and appearance may also vary depending upon lighting, photography, and the screen or device on which an item is viewed.
By purchasing a natural or handmade Shambala product, you acknowledge and accept these inherent variations.
## 4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Many Shambala offerings are created or sourced in small quantities, and some pieces are one of a kind.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until payment has been successfully completed.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable after your order has been placed, Shambala will contact you regarding the order and determine an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
## 5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order or booking is submitted, together with any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other disclosed fees.
Shambala reserves the right to change prices at any time and to correct typographical, pricing, or listing errors.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected transaction and notify you.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize Shambala and its payment processors to process the applicable charges.
## 6. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Shambala may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, special pricing, or limited-time offers.
Promotions are valid only during the period stated and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before the promotion began, and previous purchases will not be refunded or credited to reflect a later promotional price.
## 7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Shambala of Love and Light does not accept returns, provide exchanges, or issue refunds after a purchase has been completed.
This policy applies to physical products purchased online or in person, as well as registrations, bookings, ceremonies, workshops, digital or online offerings, and other Shambala offerings unless a different written policy is expressly provided before purchase.
Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, dimensions, photographs, ceremony or workshop dates, service information, and other relevant details before completing your purchase.
Once a purchase has been made, modifications, cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not guaranteed and will not be provided except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
## 8. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ORDERS
The all-sales-final policy does not prevent you from contacting Shambala if your shipment arrives damaged, you receive an item different from the item ordered, or an item is missing from your shipment.
Please contact Shambala promptly after delivery and provide photographs and other reasonable documentation when requested.
Shambala will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate remedy, if any, consistent with applicable law.
Natural characteristics of crystals, botanicals, handmade products, and other naturally variable materials are not considered damage or defects.
## 9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, circumstances outside Shambala's reasonable control may affect delivery.
Purchasers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shambala is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the Purchaser, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
Any applicable international duties, customs charges, taxes, or import fees are the Purchaser's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
## 10. NO WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shambala products and offerings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
Shambala does not warrant or guarantee that a product, ceremony, spiritual practice, energetic offering, crystal, botanical preparation, essential-oil blend, ritual item, reading, or other offering will produce any particular physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic, financial, relational, or other result.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shambala disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 11. SPIRITUAL & METAPHYSICAL INFORMATION
Shambala honors the spiritual, energetic, historical, traditional, and metaphysical associations of crystals, plants, oils, ritual practices, astrology, Human Design, Reiki, sound, ceremony, and other sacred practices.
Descriptions of these qualities are provided for spiritual, ceremonial, educational, and informational purposes.
Metaphysical properties and energetic descriptions are not promises or guarantees of specific outcomes and should not be interpreted as statements that a product or service will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or alleviate any disease, medical condition, or mental health condition.
Individual experiences will vary.
## 12. HEALTH, WELLNESS & PRODUCT USE
Shambala products and services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal, or other licensed professional care.
Nothing provided through Shambala should be interpreted as medical diagnosis or treatment.
Unless a product is expressly identified as intended for consumption, Shambala ritual products are not intended for ingestion.
Botanical bath products, essential-oil products, incense, candles, ritual oils, herbs, smoke products, and other preparations should be used only as directed and with appropriate care.
You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use and determining whether an offering is appropriate for you, particularly if you have allergies, sensitivities, respiratory conditions, skin sensitivities, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have another condition that may affect safe use.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional care when necessary.
Never leave candles, incense, charcoal, burning herbs, or other flame or heat-producing products unattended. Keep them away from children, pets, combustible materials, and other hazards.
## 13. CEREMONIES, ENERGY WORK & SPIRITUAL SERVICES
Participation in Reiki, sound journeys, ceremonies, meditation, astrology, Human Design, energetic clearings, shamanic or spiritual practices, and related Shambala offerings is voluntary.
These experiences are intended to support personal exploration, spiritual practice, reflection, and wellbeing. Experiences and results are individual, subjective, and not guaranteed.
Spiritual services do not replace medical or mental-health treatment, and Shambala does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and actions before, during, and after participation.
## 14. ONLINE CEREMONIES & DIGITAL OFFERINGS
Where an offering is delivered online, you are responsible for having an appropriate device, internet connection, and environment in which to participate.
Access information, recordings, written materials, meditations, ceremony materials, and other digital content supplied by Shambala are for the purchaser's personal use only unless Shambala expressly provides written permission otherwise.
Purchase does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, upload, sell, share, or commercially exploit Shambala materials.
## 15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Shambala of Love and Light name, original written content, photographs, product names, ritual materials, ceremony materials, meditations, course or workshop materials, graphics, artwork owned by Shambala, and other original Shambala content are protected intellectual property to the extent provided by applicable law.
Purchasing a Shambala product or participating in an offering does not transfer ownership of Shambala intellectual property.
No Shambala content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
## 16. REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS & SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily provide Shambala with a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content for promotional or public use, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
Shambala will not treat private communications or personal information as promotional permission merely because they were shared with us.
Where appropriate, Shambala may request permission before using identifiable personal photographs, private communications, or other sensitive material for marketing purposes.
## 17. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Shambala makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Occasionally, descriptions, availability, pricing, photographs, dates, or other information may contain errors or become outdated.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
## 18. REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Shambala reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment problems, obvious pricing errors, product unavailability, misuse of the Website, or other legitimate business or safety concerns.
If Shambala cancels an order before providing the purchased product or offering, any payment treatment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
## 19. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is an error with a Shambala charge, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to review the matter.
Fraudulent or knowingly improper chargebacks may be disputed by Shambala, and we reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, these Terms, order information, delivery confirmation, and other appropriate evidence to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
Nothing in this section limits your lawful right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.
## 20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shambala of Love and Light will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to a product, service, ceremony, workshop, Website use, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shambala's aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to Shambala for the product or offering giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
## 21. FORCE MAJEURE
Shambala will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, extreme weather, illness, epidemic or pandemic, governmental actions, labor disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, transportation delays, carrier disruptions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or similar circumstances.
When such circumstances affect a scheduled ceremony, workshop, service, shipment, or other offering, Shambala will communicate any available next steps as reasonably practicable.
## 22. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us.
Information collected in connection with purchases and use of the Website will be handled in accordance with Shambala's applicable Privacy Policy and the practices described on the Website.
## 23. AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase from Shambala.
If purchasing an offering for a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for determining whether the offering is appropriate and for providing any consent required by law or by Shambala.
Certain Shambala offerings may have separate age requirements.
## 24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
## 25. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Shambala encourages you to contact us first if a concern arises so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.
Any dispute-resolution or arbitration provision adopted by Shambala will apply only to the extent that it is valid and enforceable under applicable law.
## 26. SEVERABILITY & NO WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Shambala's failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision in the future.
## 27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Shambala may revise these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version in effect when that purchase is made, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the most recent revision.
## 28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable product or offering description, checkout information, booking information, order confirmation, and any other policies expressly incorporated into the purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Shambala concerning that transaction.
