The Autumn Equinox marks a threshold upon the Wheel of the Year—a time of harvest, reflection, gratitude, and transition as we begin our descent into the darker half of the year.
You are warmly invited to gather in sacred space for an online Sound Journey honoring this seasonal crossing.
Together, we will pause between what has been and what is yet to come… creating space to honor all that has grown, all that has ripened, and all that may now be ready to return to the Earth.
The Equinox arrives as the Sun enters Libra, carrying the medicine of balance, harmony, relationship, and the meeting of opposites. Light and shadow. Giving and receiving. Holding and releasing. The outer world and the inner world.
This journey is an invitation to find the still point between them.
We will begin by connecting with the energetic and astrological significance of the Autumn Equinox before moving into a grounding meditation and sacred Sound Journey.
Through singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other intuitively guided instruments, we will journey through the threshold together. As always, the sounds and instruments will unfold in response to the energy present within the space and the wisdom of the moment.
This is not a journey of rushing toward what comes next.
It is a sacred pause.
A moment to gather the harvest of the season behind you… to honor what has grown… to offer gratitude for what has nourished you… and to gently lay down what does not need to travel with you into the season ahead.
As the Earth begins her descent inward, perhaps we too can listen for the quiet invitation to turn within.
